About Me

I am a qualified integrative relational counsellor working with folks who might be struggling with depression, anxiety, sexuality or gender identity struggles and/or self-esteem or low confidence.

I work relationally, which means we might focus on all of the different types of relationships in your life, ranging from friends and family, to your relationship to other areas of your life such as work, your self, society. By looking at these relationships, we may begin to see patterns and work together to see if those patterns feel as though they are working for you or something you might want to challenge and change. I also work in a person-centered way, which means the sessions are led by you and we will be very in tune with how its feeling to being the room and to be speaking about your experiences.

Working with you, I can help you to explore the reasons or the roots of what might be troubling you to feel more like yourself, calmer and better equipped to handle life's daily challenges.

Trans and non-binary individuals are welcome here. I focus on supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and understand how vital it is to have a counsellor who affirms your sexuality and gender. I am committed to developing my anti-racist, anti-oppressive practice . I recognize my duty to keep learning and believe I can grow as an ally while advancing my work and personal growth.

I offer an empathic and non-judgmental space to explore difficult or painful feelings, being mindful of the world we live in and the different experiences that make us all individuals. This confidential space can provide the framework for deep healing of old patterns and wounds. Good mental health is a lifelong journey, if you need a helping hand, welcome.

I am currently undertaking additional training in psychosexual and relationship therapy and am running a waitlist for clients who may be struggling with issues such as: problems with erections or ejaculation (premature or delayed), pain during sex, issues with orgasm, or struggles around interest or desire for sex. My training is fully GSRD (gender, sexuality and relationship diversity) integrated and I strive to hold all struggles from an intersectional lens, looking at all the areas of life that may be contributing to what you are experiencing. This work will be offered at a discounted rate.
