About Counselling
I am a qualified integrative relational counsellor offering therapy for people experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, confidence issues, and challenges related to sexuality or gender identity. I provide a warm, inclusive space where you can explore what you’re going through at a pace that feels right for you.
Supporting You to Understand What’s Beneath the Surface
Through our work, I can help you explore the roots of what may be causing emotional distress, helping you feel more grounded, more like yourself, and better equipped to navigate everyday challenges.
Good mental health is a lifelong journey. If you’re looking for an integrative counsellor who offers compassion, understanding, and a safe place to explore what’s on your mind, you are welcome here.
Relational Therapy
I work relationally, which means we explore the many relationships in your life—from family and friends to your relationship with work, society, and your sense of self. By understanding the patterns within these relationships, we can identify what supports your wellbeing and what may no longer be serving you. Together, we can gently work toward meaningful change.
Person-Centred Counselling
My approach is person-centred, ensuring our sessions are guided by your needs, your pace, and your lived experience. We stay attuned to how it feels to share your story and to be present in the room together. You lead the process; I walk alongside you.
LGBTQIA+ Counselling
Trans and non-binary people are wholeheartedly welcome. I specialise in LGBTQIA+ affirming counselling and understand how important it is to have a therapist who honours and validates your gender and sexuality. I am committed to ongoing development of my anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice, continually learning and reflecting so I can show up as a supportive and informed ally.
A Safe, Empathic Space
I offer an empathic, non-judgmental and confidential therapeutic space where you can explore difficult or painful feelings. I hold awareness of the world we live in and the diverse experiences that shape who we are. This supportive environment can create the foundation for deep healing, helping you shift long-standing patterns and emotional wounds.
