Sex Therapy

Psychosexual Therapy

As a trainee Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, I am developing a strong, evidence-informed practice grounded in compassion, collaboration, and sex-positive values. My clinical training integrates psychotherapeutic skills with specialist knowledge of sexual functioning, relational dynamics, and the diverse ways people experience intimacy and desire. I work with both individuals and couples, offering a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore concerns, build insight, and reconnect with pleasure and relational wellbeing.

Therapy with a specific psychosexual focus is offered at a reduced rate while I complete my training.

Areas of Focus

  • Supporting clients in understanding physiological, psychological, and relational contributors, working gently with performance pressure, emotional blocks, and communication around pleasure.

  • Exploring the interplay between anxiety, expectations, medical factors, and relational patterns, while helping clients rebuild confidence and expand their erotic repertoire.

  • Offering behavioural, cognitive, and relational strategies to reduce anxiety, increase bodily awareness, and support partners in creating a more connected sexual experience.

  • Working collaboratively with clients to explore barriers to arousal and orgasm, address internalised beliefs, and cultivate embodied, self-directed pleasure and responsive desire.

  • Providing a trauma-aware, paced, and sensitive approach to pain-related concerns, supporting the development of safety, autonomy, and choice.

  • Helping clients explore contextual, emotional, and relational factors influencing desire, normalising diverse desire patterns, and fostering more flexible, responsive models of intimacy.

  • Exploring the emotional, relational, and coping-based factors that can make sexual behaviours feel out of control. Working supportively to reduce shame, build insight, and restore a sense of choice and balance.

An Inclusive and Affirming Space

I am committed to providing psychosexual therapy that is:

  • GSRD-integrated (Gender, Sexuality & Relationship Diversity aware)

  • LGBTQIA+ affirming

  • Trans-affirming and respectful of gender-diverse experiences

  • Kink-aware and non-pathologising of BDSM or kink practices

  • Sex-worker supportive, recognising the complexity and validity of erotic labour

  • Welcoming of non-monogamous, polyamorous, and alternative relationship structures

You are welcome exactly as you are. All identities, bodies, and experiences are treated with respect and care.
